Hey there — I’m Ross, and I’m really glad you’re here.
Iron Ridge Creative is something I’ve been building for years, long before it had a name. It started when I was a kid filming trains on a small camcorder in the mountains of West Virginia. Looking back, those early days taught me a lot about movement, rhythm, atmosphere, and the feeling a well-crafted visual can create.
That same perspective still shapes the work I do today.
Iron Ridge Creative is a North Carolina-based creative studio focused on audiovisual media for live performances, brands, YouTube creators, and graphic-forward digital productions. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to create work for organizations including High Point University, Moon Audio, and Christ School — filming orchestras and choirs in cathedrals, producing long-form YouTube content, creating dynamic motion graphics for brands, and capturing visually driven projects built around music, movement, and human connection.
This is intentionally a small studio. Every project gets a hands-on approach with a strong focus on pacing, clarity, sound, and visual precision. I’m especially drawn to work that feels immersive, emotionally grounded, and thoughtfully crafted from beginning to end.
As Iron Ridge Creative continues to grow, I’m increasingly focused on expanding into more YouTube content, large-scale musical performances, and creative direction for brands and personalities looking to create meaningful visual work with lasting impact.
If you’ve got a project in mind — or just want to say hello — I’d love to connect.
See you down the line,

A. Ross Weathersbee
